We stayed at a 4 bedroom villa/apartment and were very happy with our accommodations. It was very clean, comfortable beds, and the water park was wonderful. After a day at Disney, we would return to Villatel for drinks and dinner by the pool. Our 8 year old loved all the waterslides and lazy river. I would highly recommend this resort if visiting the area!

We had a great time staying at this hotel with our kids and friends! It was the perfect opportunity to make memories, have fun, and enjoy time together. The kids had a blast, and everyone enjoyed the experience. Traveling with family and friends made the stay even more special. We would definitely consider coming back for another fun getaway! ❤️🏨👨‍👩‍👦‍👦

We had a 4 bedroom townhouse and was fantastic! Clean with large rooms and wonderful kitchen and family room. Private pool was refreshing to dip in. Water park was fine if you have younger kids and just average for adults but great for included in stay. We had rented car and easy in and out and location near Universal was great.

This is such an amazing resort to stay at!! The 9 bedroom house we booked was very nice, but one of the theater chairs was broken. It didn’t detract from our stay! The Harry Potter candy display in one of the themed rooms had a severe sugar ant infestation, but that was mostly just funny to the kids. We spent a lot of time at the big pool and lazy river on the resort property! There is a Shuttle Bus to the theme parks, but we found it more feasible to just drive ourselves. The Shuttle doesn’t run during the times we would have needed. Overall If have to say this place was wonderful and we will be staying here again! It’s clean and organized and the staff was incredibly helpful.

Our stay at the hotel was wonderful! It was a great place to bring the family—very spacious, clean, and with plenty of activities to keep the kids entertained. The only thing that didn’t really make sense was having to pay for parking, but even that was a simple and easy process. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again.
