    The open-plan living area is bright and spacious, featuring comfortable sofas and a 50-inch TV—ideal for winding down after busy days at the parks. The modern kitchen boasts granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and custom cabinetry.     Heating is available for $35 per day (plus tax) with a 5-day minimum and must be requested at least 48 hours in advance. Please note the attached spa is not a hot tub—it does not have jets, and it heats to the same temperature as the pool, not exceeding 90°F. The heating system uses heat exchange, which does not operate in temperatures below 50°F. No refunds will be provided if the pool does not reach the desired temperature in cold weather.

Great stay in Orlando!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The house was just as advertised and was very clean. The pool was delightful, beds were comfortable and the kitchen amazing. The distance to Disney was great. Would highly recommend staying here.

Disney friends trip

Weekend getaway

Surprise trip to Disney do my wife’s birthday. The house was in a great location, 15-20 min from the Disney parks. The resort looked wonderful, wish we had time to explore it. House was perfect for us, lots of space. Would definitely recommend this for large families.

Family Disney Trip

The home is absolutely beautiful! It was the perfect size for our family trip! The location was excellent, close to all the parks. When the dryer went out during our stay we were afraid they wouldn’t be able to fix it while we were there with it being a holiday. They fixed it right away! The only negative we might have would be that the shower floor is really slippery and there is nothing to hold on to. It is big and beautiful, but we were a bit insecure.

Clean & room for many

This property was very clean and had plenty of room for a large group of any ages. We did not get to use the amentities due to timing and weather. We loved the bathrooms and bedrooms and shared spaces. We did have a cold pool/spa upon arrival that was fixed by management (we paid for this ahead of time). The pool table was not used by us and we did note that the pool sticks were all not in working order. The house is missing some essentials that were mostly outlined in the e-mail, however some other helpful things to know are- kitchen towels, extra blankets/throws, dishwasher detergent, wash cloths. Overall we were all very happy with this property!

Great House But the Emergency Maintenance Issue Needs to be Addressed

The house was great, very spacious and very clean. Two reasons I'm giving only four stars, they are as follows. This property does not provide wash clothes, so plan accordingly. I don't know what they expect you to wash your face with but we made do. The other issue is I had to make an emergency maintenance call one night due to my concern that the pool water was getting very low (got below the first step and the pool jet was exposed, despite my efforts to add water for 4.5 hours the night before). I was transferred to a vmail mailbox and then was told the mailbox was full and could not leave a message. If I had had a personal emergency, i.e., locked out of the house, toilet overflowing, no water, etc, I'm not sure what or who I would have called. When I tried to address this with the property rep the next morning, they provided no response and didn't seem bothered that their emergency maintenance mailbox was full. All in all we had a great time and the house is very nice.

Great home and resort

The home was beautifully furnished and spacious for our family of 11. Location in resort was great for an easy walk to the resort amenities. Approximately 15-20 minutes to Disney Parks and 30-35 minutes to Universal. Seems to be newer to the rental market and can use several items to make it more rental friendly.

We did not want to leave !!!!! Everything was outstanding. We just were not provided enough wash cloths and towels. We will definitely be back to stay again and again.

The house is excellent. However it lacked kitchen utensils,cookware, and hooks in bathroom for towels. The master shower overflowed because the drain was clogged and the jack and Jill bathroom shower pressure was bad.

Very nice house and resort!

We loved this property it was very clean and beautiful! Very spacious for a family of eight! The security for this resort was also very prompt at the gates! We had no issues at all! We will have no problem recommending this house and resort to a friend. However, I would recommend having a larger TV in the main living room but otherwise very nice! Thank you to the property management team and cleaning team that made our stay comfortable and hassle less!

Nice little getaway

Overall very pleasant experience at this home. The only thing I could say was the stairway wasn’t the cleanest was scuffed with black marks and what appeared to be some type of liquid stains on the walls around the stairway. Everything else was fantastic!

Gorgeous House!

The house was beautiful and so spacious! It was only about 15 minutes to International Drive so we were super close to all the fun stuff, but also far enough away from all the chaos that is Disney that it felt like an actual vacation. My only complaint is that none of the showers had shelves so it got quite cramped when you added 12 people's things. Also, the kids were pretty bummed the pool lights didn't work so they couldn't swim at night.

Great location and plenty of space

A quick drive to the parks and plenty of necessities near by. Our group of 10 of all ages appreciated this spacious home to relax when we got back from a long day. I’d say all past reviews were accurate about what and was and wasn’t provided. Arrival instructions are also helpful for planning what you’ll need to buy for the home. The only complaint we had was noisy neighbors but only one night was disruptive to our evening. I would recommend this property to a friend.

Found home kitchen to be lacking essential tools ie: dish cloth, dish towel; pot holders; mixing bowls; pots and pans need to be replaced. Very difficult to make a meal for family with limited tools.

MICE

I called the emergency number 3 times after we spotted mice in the house several times to no avail!!! Can you imagine 6 people in the house all screaming and running away from mice???? It was god awful!!!
