It is located in Emerald Island a gated resort community that is peaceful and safe as well as closest to shopping, Disney and restaurants.
The home consists of 1 KING bed with an attached bathroom,
1 QUEEN bedroom with bath next door,
1 Kids bedroom with 2 twins and Living Room with a sleeper sofa.
The home can sleep 6 people very comfortably and 8 people with the use of a sleeper sofa.
The home has in-home laundry (washer-dryer). Very close to the pool.
Cable and flat-screen TVs included.WIFI and High-Speed internet. HOA does levy a one-time access charge of $20 per car (not needed for Uber/cab etc.)- to be paid directly to the resort after booking and before arrival.
The kitchen includes all normal "home" appliances - microwave, refrigerator, cooking range, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, and blender.
An initial packet of coffee and sugar, as well as a small hotel soap bar, shampoo, and conditioner, is provided- you will have to get more from Walmart, Publix, or other stores nearby for longer stays or for a bigger group.
Please note: you will be required to sign a rental agreement so that we ensure you have read the rules of the HOA and the city. Local City laws require us to keep track of all visitors.

Perfect location to the parks!

Loved the complex and how close it is to all the theme parks! This place was clean and comfy! We loved how comfortable the couches are after a long day at the park it’s nice to come back and just unwind on a comfy couch with a smart TV!

Easy Quick Stay after Disney

We used this property after a fully day at Hollywood studios. We needed a bridge day for our next hotel and this was perfect. We got in at 9:30 pm and were exhausted. This place was easy to get into clean and just what we needed The hosts were easy to het a hold of. Would recommend to anyone!

Great Property, Very Close to Disney

We had such a nice stay at this property. Manny was so helpful and communicative. It was closer to Disney than we expected and the daily ride back and forth to Disney was easy! The townhouse is in a safe, very quiet neighborhood where we found it very comfortable to walk our dogs. The property was clean, as advertised, and beds were comfy! We will be back for sure!!!

Great Community!

This townhouse needs a lot of repairs, but the community is wonderful! They have a pool, gym, mini golf, nature walk, and a LOT of gates, so it's extremely safe. They also have houses ranging from this townhouse, to much larger houses with private pools and garages, so look up Emerald Bay to see everything.

This was my first family event and I loved every minute and second of it. The host communication was very detailed and fast responses. The area was quite. 25 minutes away from universal studios any close to Disney I will be booking again soon for my next trip the house was clean and spacious 5stars a million times! The home is nice, great location, clean & view from patio good. Amenities like pool, nature trail, hot tub, gym were great! Bath towels or pool towels not great, bring your own. Microwave stopped working due to electrical issue, contacted manager and they did send someone quickly to fix. Tip print out arrival instructions, had to access home through two gates & a little confusing first time, in the dark of arrival.

Very clean condo. Nicely furnished. Kitchen stocked with well used pots and pans. Minimal amount of soap, toilet paper, trash bags provided. Air conditioner worked well. Television with fire stick was nice. Beds in one of the rooms very squeaky. Really could use some lamps throughout for ambient lighting. Overall a very good value.

Needs an overhaul

Location was great. The home was clean however, it needs a lot of work. Water damage in several rooms on the ceiling. There was no towel in the down stairs bathroom. Furniture too big for living room. Patio door in living room was very hard to open and has no screen on it. Three remotes for the television has no batteries and didn't work. Trying to get a channel on the television was very frustrating and you couldn't watch any of the local channels. There is no cable. You have to use a streaming app. I have rented several condos near Disney World and this is the worst. Will not rent again.

My family had a pleasant stay at the condo. The condo was very clean when we arrived and is located in a safe, gated community. It is also very close to Disney and Universal Parks. If you are on a budget and need a clean place to sleep after a long day at the parks, it is perfect!
