Moon Valley Villa is an 8 bedroom, 5 bathroom vacation home in ChampionsGate Resort. This 3,909 sq. ft. villa was designed with your vacation in mind! The whole family will love the private screened-in pool and spillover spa, two games rooms, kids bedrooms and home movie theater with a 110-inch projection screen.

This home comfortably accommodates up to 16 guests, perfect for a large family or group. The spacious open floor plan features plenty of comfortable, modern furniture for your whole party to relax and hang out together. The fully-equipped kitchen features custom cabinets, marble countertops, and stainless steel appliances, perfect for cooking meals together as a family. Dine at the sophisticated formal dining table with seating for 12, or enjoy a quick snack at the breakfast bar with seating for 4.

Head outside to the private screened-in pool to enjoy the beautiful Florida weather! The covered patio features an outdoor dining table with seating for 8, and plenty of sun loungers to soak up the sunshine! Swim any time you want in your private pool and relax in the spillover spa.

This villa features endless entertainment options for everyone in your group! The galactic game room is equipped with 4 gaming TVs and gaming chairs. The TVs are connected to both an Xbox One and a PS4, so you can play alone or compete against each other! The fun game room also features an air hockey table and foosball table to challenge your family members to friendly competitions. Head upstairs to the loft game room with a pool table and TV. Also located upstairs is the home movie theater. The movie theater room features a 110-inch projection screen and 8 reclining armchairs so you can recline and watch your favorite movie.

After a long day of enjoying the Orlando attractions, retreat back to comfortable bedrooms to get a great night of sleep. 2 Master Suites are located downstairs, which feature king-size beds and ensuite master bathrooms. Head upstairs for the other 6 bedrooms. Upstairs features 4 more bedrooms with king-size beds. Kids will love the bedrooms designed just for them! One kids room is fit for little princesses, featuring a twin over twin bunk bed and custom artwork. The second kids bedroom is perfect for toys with a twin over twin bunk bed and a slide!

• Early or late check-in/out: 1/2 nightly rate
• The rental agreement will be sent once the booking is made and must be completed within 48 hours to avoid potential cancellation
• Pool and spa heating is available at an additional cost, with varying rates by property.
• No smoking / No pets
• By state law occupancy of property must not be exceeded
• 20% non-refundable deposit due at time of booking
• Final payment due 60 days prior to your arrival
• 13.5% sales and tourist tax (not included in nightly rate)
• One-time cleaning fee required upon all stays
• Daily housekeeping services are available upon request

• Bookings made inside of 60 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.
