Welcome to your new getaway! This is a spacious 3 bedroom 2.5 bathroom townhouse located at the Lake Berkley Resort, a gated vacation home community, and resort with 24/7 Security.   
  
Spend your day with family and friends! Whether it’s enjoying the rides at Universal Studios, the attractions at Disney, or the soaking shows at SeaWorld 10-15 minutes from your getaway. After your extraordinary day of delights, come back to enjoy a show and meal at Medieval Times or treat yourself to the abundant restaurants nearby.  
  
Welcome to your new Disney getaway! This newly renovated modern 3 bedroom 2.5 bathroom townhouse offers easy access to Disney Parks, Universal Studios, Seaworld, and Orlando International Airport. The property is in a resort community with 24-hour gated security.

• 15-20 Minutes to Universal Studios and SeaWorld  
• Less than a mile away from Medieval Times, Walmart, and 192 Highway along with many other attractions (Shopping, helicopter rides, restaurants).

The space  
We hope you will enjoy a safe and relaxing stay at this newly renovated family orientated home.  
  
The first floor has an open floor plan with a spacious living area leading to an open back lawn.  
  
The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances and necessities, such as: a stove, a microwave, a toaster, a coffee maker, and any cookware and drinkware you may need.  
  
The living room has a sofa which can be converted to a sofa bed. There is also a Smart TV. On the TV, there are many streaming devices including Prime Video, YouTube TV, Hulu, Netflix, Disney+, etc. After a long day of adventures, feel free to unwind, log into your account, and get that "TV Chill Time" going!  
  
The second floor offers 3 bedrooms with lots of space! We are always trying to add new additions to our property so our guests can have a more comfortable stay.  
  
Bedroom 1 has a king-size bed.  
Bedroom 2 has two twin beds.  
Bedroom 3 has a bunk bed.  
A sofa bed in the living room can be used if needed.  
  
The house can comfortably host 7 people with the sofa bed in the living room. If you party is larger than 7 people, I have another property across the street. Please check out my listing page if needed.

Lake Berkley Resort can be easily navigated by guests by walking. Due to the abundant amount of sidewalks, guests can easily walk from one place to another.  
  
Guests have access to the shared heated swimming pools, hot tub, gym, BBQ, club-house and nearby quiet hiking trails.

#### Could have been better

Great location and owner communication. However, upon arrival we found that there were no towels. I had to contact the owner who then had to get the housekeeper to bring some that night (only 6 total). We had 4 adults. Floors were not very clean-socks became dirty after walking around. Limited furnishings (pillows, minimal furniture) and kitchenware (no knives, potholders). Townhome could use some updating, but overall was ok for the price and location.

Check in was a breeze. Rooms were clean and comfortable. It was close to the parks, which was great since we had to be at Epcot by 4:00 am for the Princess Half Marathon.
