With TWO PRIVATE POOLS, A SPA, a HUGE PRIVATE BACKYARD, private children’s play area, two game areas, themed bedrooms, and accommodations for up to 16 guests, there’s plenty to enjoy even on days you never leave the house!

TWO PRIVATE POOLS + SPA

One of the biggest highlights of The Nemo House is its incredible private pool area. Instead of sharing a crowded resort pool, your family gets a private backyard water playground all to yourselves!

The home features:

• 22' x 13' custom Nemo Kiddie Pool
• 30' x 15' Main Swimming Pool
• 6' circular spa
• Three pool sprayers
• Nemo fountain and bubbly tail gusher
• Large screened pool deck
• Covered 13' x 9' lanai
• Plenty of loungers

The one-of-a-kind Nemo Kiddie Pool ranges from approximately 4 to 16 inches deep, giving younger children their own special place to splash and play.

The main swimming pool ranges from approximately 3 to 6 feet deep and provides plenty of room for the rest of the family.

The oversized pool deck wraps around the home in an L-shape, providing plenty of space to spread out and enjoy the Florida sunshine throughout the day. The covered lanai is a perfect spot for morning coffee, breakfast, or relaxing in the shade.

**Optional pool and spa heat is available for only $35 per night (plus tax).**

HUGE FENCED BACKYARD + PRIVATE TOT LOT

The Nemo House sits on one of the largest lots in the neighborhood, providing something especially hard to find in an Orlando-area vacation rental—a spacious, private backyard where children can play.

The fenced backyard features a private Tot Lot and turf play area, including:

• Little Tikes play castle with slide
• Three Little Tikes playhouses
• Two Little Tikes climbers
• Artificial-turf play, cornhole game, and sitting areas

The entire backyard is fenced for additional privacy.

Families traveling with little ones will especially appreciate the full-size wooden crib and toddler bed, allowing parents and young children to stay together comfortably.

Bedroom 2 – Upstairs Ocean King Suite

Relax in the ocean-themed upstairs suite featuring a king-size bed, Smart TV, and private en-suite bathroom.

Bedroom 3 – Downstairs Avengers King Room

After a long day fighting evil—or conquering the theme parks—even superheroes need somewhere to rest!

The Avengers-themed bedroom features a king-size bed and a Smart TV and is conveniently located beside a full bathroom.

Bedroom 4 – Upstairs Star Wars King Room

Travel to a galaxy far, far away in the Star Wars-themed bedroom featuring a king-size bed, a Smart TV, and adjoining bathroom.

Bedroom 5 – Upstairs Mickey & Friends Room

After a magical day at the parks, settle into our colorful Mickey & Friends bedroom featuring:

• 1 Queen bed
• 1 Twin bed
• Smart TV

Bedroom 6 – Downstairs Nemo Room

You’ll have no trouble finding Nemo here!

This fun underwater-themed main-floor bedroom features three twin beds and a Smart TV, making it a great space for children.

There are dedicated beds for up to 16 guests without relying on sofa beds, giving larger families much more comfortable sleeping arrangements.

The home includes four full bathrooms and plenty of towels for your group.

We provide:

• 16 bath towel sets
• 16 pool towels
• Hair dryers

Each bath set includes a bath towel, hand towel, and washcloth.
