Getting Around:
You're just a 10-minute drive to Disney, 20 minutes to Universal Studios, and under 5 minutes to shops, restaurants, and grocery stores. The resort offers easy driving access, ample parking, and walkable community paths. We recommend renting a car or using ride-shares for convenience.

To ensure the water is comfortably warm, we recommened request pool heat at least 1 day prior to check-in, then team can well prepare it before you check-in.

• Kitchen trash bags (13-gallon) for initial days
• Dish soap, shampoo & conditioner, hand soap, body wash & Rolls of paper towels for initial days
• Tip: These are starter amounts; nearby stores (and a resort convenience shop) have plenty of extras if you need them.
Towels Policy
• Bath towels are provided for indoor bathroom use only
• Pool towels at the home are for private pool use only
• For the clubhouse pool, water park, beach, or off-site locations, please bring your own towels
• Baby Gear
A crib and high chair are available to make traveling with little ones easier. Please bring your own crib bedding if preferred.

🅿️ Parking Policy – Windsor Hills
• A maximum of three (3) vehicles are permitted per reservation.
• Please park in the driveway.
• If you have a third vehicle, it may be parked in the space between the sidewalk and the road, ensuring the sidewalk remains clear and the vehicle does not protrude into the street.
• Overnight street parking elsewhere in the community is not allowed.
Before arrival, please provide the details (full name and license plate) of up to three drivers who will be parking on the property. Thank you for your cooperation, and enjoy your stay!
