This is an excellent location. Lose to everywhere but it’s also in a quiet neighborhood. Everything about our stay was top notch. Definitely recommend this property to everyone.

4-day stay in Orlando area

It was a lovely home, spacious and comfortable. It met all our needs during our stay. The Kids loved the game room with all the activities in there. The pool was great to relax and cool off when getting back from our daily activities. Quiet and safe neighborhood, I recommend staying at this home again.

Great property

Perfect size for our group of 7. 5 adults and 2 teenagers. Nice pool area, open living space, nice neighborhood. 30 - 40 to parks with plenty of restaurants close by.

House was great- plenty of space and we had a blast in the pool, hot tub and playing ping pong. The pool heat worked great except for one day and they came right away to repair and were very responsive to get it taken care of. Great location too!

Weekend Trip

The property is located in a quiet very nice neighborhood. The house itself was amazing and we never wanted to leave. The beds were so comfortable, the house was so welcoming, and the pool/hot tub were just perfect to end each of our days. It was a little warm without any ceiling fans and we didn’t want to mess with the thermostat but overall we made due and can’t wait to go back.

Enjoyable stay

Check in process was easy, communication before and whilst on holiday was outstanding. We had a few minor issues but were cleared up and dealt with quite promptly as there was a USA holiday whilst we were there and the property owner and manager both helped to solve the issue. Location is good on the 192, however we used to use Funie Steed Road, less traffic lights and not so busy at peak times. We would stay here again.

Winter Escape

We booked this villa to get away from the harsh northern winter and it was wonderful. The neighborhood is very quiet, great for walking. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool, hot tub & pool & ping pong tables. The villa is located near anything you would need and very close to all Disney parks.

Lovely villa. Lots of space. But extra cleaning under beds etc…. We had a problem with the AC unit not working, it was repaired within 3 days….so couple of night sleep was very hot. Overall lovely villa.

Disney family time

This home is located close to the Disney Parks and has a lot of restaurants and shops close by. Offers a lot of space to relax and enjoy yourself. David the property manager is very quick to assist if any issues come up.

This house was perfect! 3 master suites! And every bed in the house was comfortable which is rare! Very clean and had everything we needed! Plenty of linen and toiletries upon arrival to get you started including laundry detergent. Super quiet neighborhood and short dive to attractions

Great location

Lovely villa, just 15 mins to Disney. Had problem with internet and pool owner was great with short response time and kept us informed. Villa needs a deep clean, floor was dusty but a quick hoover sorted it. However we did on final day clean up find things under bed and mattress in the Mickey room. Overall loved this Villa and wouldn't let this put us off booking again

Great location

Great home in a fantastic neighbourhood. The layout was perfect, kitchen was well equipped and pool area lovely. Could do with an update on furniture in the property especially the beds. And the games room is dark with a broken table tennis table. We didn’t bother to contact the property manager over this as I’d read pervious reviews saying the same so they already knew of the problem.

I absolutely loved the location and set up of this house. Bedroom furniture a little worn down. However, the pool and porch area was so nice. Garage a little dark. Needs more light to play games. Extremely close to Disney and other entertainment. Great house! I have to say owner and management extremely attentive to your needs.

Comfortable home for large family

We enjoyed our stay and the host property manager was very responsive to our needs during our stay and replaced the BBQ as soon as we discovered an issue. We would definitely stay again. Thank you for sharing your home with us. TIPS for future guests: Turn on wifi calling, it was almost impossible to make calls with our AT&T service. We could not locate a can opener but kitchen was well stocked with other dishes and utensils. Heat is set at 73 but there was a box fan in the garage to help move air when the house felt warm.

The house was very nice plenty of room for 6 people. Minimalist items in home - no extra toilet paper or paper towels. No pool towels. No face cloths. Had issue with fridge/freezer. Pillows thin as a pancake Had pool heated but was not day we arrived though it should have been. Also not heated in the evening after a long day at the park - (should always be heated at night when the weather is cooler). Reported outdoor lighting issues on front porch/driveway and pool lights. Had to report alarm issues to the owner numerous times. Nothing done about it so we could not set the alarm whenever we left the home. Some things were fixed in reasonable time but it was a nuisance. Close to parks and dining options. Nice quiet neighborhood.
