This Luxury premium 3BD Condo Apartment is impressive fully furnished with 3 bedrooms / 2 baths. It has 1,220 sqft in a quiet and safe community. This condo is located on the 1st floor. This lovely condo apartment is perfect for a family vacation or getaway weekend. Amenities include Clubhouse, fitness center, free WIFI, community pool, spa, playground and tennis courts. Easy access to schools, shopping ,Restaurants, main roads , highways and Orlando attractions.

The large master bedroom has water and conservation views with a private master bath. The additional bedrooms feature walk in closets with a queen size bed in the 2nd and a twin in the 3rd bedroom.

You'll enjoy the convenient location of this residence just under 20 minutes from Disney World, close to Universal theme parks, Orlando's famous shopping, excellent golf courses and incredible restaurants.

Pets are welcome on request with additional pet fee of $120.

The place is not bad if you are not concerned about black wasps. They leave in the balcony and inside in the front window. Also a deposit of $200 was charged by a company that it was supposed to be returned after checking out. As of today, it hasn’t been return and the company doesn’t communicate via a phone. Im not sure if the host has anything to do with this. I contacted Whop vacation USA. They were the ones that retained the $200 and the told me via a text that there is nothing to be return.
