Thank you for your wonderful review and scoring us another consistent 5 star review. The separate downstairs and upstairs Air Con Thermostats are set within an Industry set range and can't go any lower on a consistent basis as they would eventually cause damage to the A/C unit, as they're not designed for sub 70 use temps. Even at the lowest temp of 72 especially with the ceiling fans on (as there's at least one fan in every room) feels cold. Maybe you had the Temp low but the fan on the heat setting rather than cold setting, as no one has ever mentioned about bringing fans with them. The large garage which has been a games room since day one is fully carpeted with the same carpet as throughout the home with the same thick cushioning memory foam underlay and is designed for the inter connecting door to be left open (or closed, guest choice) as the downstairs heat within the home is then consistent in each room (via the A/C ceiling/wall vents) as the A/C unit will kick in when required to do so.. We look forward to you staying with us again (as mentioned) in the near future.

The few minor maintenance points raised have already been carried out, as we continually look to keep our home well above the rental standard's required.

Glad you found the home a cool and good place to stay. The home was updated and upgraded 18 months ago, so i'm not sure about the furniture being a little dated as all of our reviews over the last 18 months, mention how up to date and upgraded our home is, compared to similar homes.

Good to hear you had a great time and would stay again. The Pool is cleaned weekly and there is an additional towel cupboard (various sizes) by the Master bedroom (mentioned in the Villa access instructions) to support all of the towels already placed in all 4 of the en-suite bathrooms as well.

Thank you for the great comments and scoring us 5 out of 5, which is nice especially after we have spent just over $20,000+ (just 2 months ago, due to Covid restrictions stopping us from doing so previously) as we have completely modernised and upgraded the home, to include a complete interior and exterior paint of the home, new memory foam padded luxury floating carpets throughout, a new 86" (YES 86") Smart LG Nanocell TV wall mounted in the open plan lounge, new Desktop Computer with Windows 11 and linked Wifi Air printer (for easy printing from any device) Wifi Washing machine and Tumble dryer, new bedding throughout, Vanity unit and a 60" Smart TV wall mounted outdoors in the new Privacy screened lanai area by the pool, as some of the many changes made for our returning and future rental guest enjoyment, as shown on the Advertising pictures/description as well.

None of the issues mentioned were reported to our Property Manager at the time and would have been fixed straight away if they were to the level mentioned, as it's a bit pointless mentioning them in a review over 2 months later, after staying with us and saying nothing during or after until now... The Pool and Spa need to be sanitized weekly (generally on a Monday) to keep it clean and safe to use for all Guests, (does require 1-2 hours of non use afterwards) especially during these Covid times (as the home is sanitized before/after use as well) which has made Maintenance and Spares to repair not as easy to obtain or schedule to complete, but fortunately it has now improved for all Florida homes as conditions gradually improve all the time and the home is also being updated and upgraded in the next couple of weeks, (by ourselves as the Owners in person) now the US is open again for Global Flying rental visitors into Florida again, after 20 months of being Covid closed...

Thank you for your post stay guest review. The Pool is cleaned and treated weekly as standard and the Grill cleaned after each guest use. Nothing was reported during the guest stay, therefore a score of 3 seems harsh, especially for a home in the guests words, was just as advertised, for a cool vacation rental.
