Renters can opt for a weekly fee of $40 (cash or check) during check-in at the Front Desk. Each rental visitor receives one complimentary pool and gym usage. Access to tennis courts and the children's playground remains free.
🔹 Pool & Spa Heat: Not included in daily rates. A minimum of 4 consecutive days required for electric pool heat. Recommended from October through May.
