Excellent - great location.

A short walk to the Rosen Shingle Hotel where we were attending a conference. Short ride to universal theme park and top golf. Nice pool and bar for the evening and also bar, cafe and supermarket all within easy 5 minute walking distance! Just ideal.

An amazing stay away from home

A very clean and amazing place to stay. I love the amenities offered and loved how close it was to EVERYTHING. The place was super clean and set up very well for our arrival. The host was literally a message away. They responded immediately. The place had everything we needed forOur trip. Will deftly be returning for our next trip.

Great location for all parks.

The condo was everything that it was advertised to be. Both pools were wonderful and communication with management was top-notch. The only thing I would change would be that it needed more home supplies like toilet paper, and paper towels. If my family is Orlando again, we will definitely stay here.

The condo felt homely and had all the kitchen equipment one needs to cook! The place was tidy and the bedding clean but the floor and surface cleaning was lacking a bit.the hot tubs and pools are nice to have in the heat and after a long day at conferences. Overall will be booking again next year! O

The perfect stay.

For us fans of Universal and Seaworld is the perfect location between both parks, the only downside is the noise level, these buildings are not sound proof at all, you can hear everything, vehicles from the street and neighbors, other than that everything was excellent, we'll definitely stayed again, we were so tired from the parks at nigh that we didn't mind the noise.

My stay here was incredibly smooth, from check-in to check-out. We encountered no issues throughout our stay. The place was spotlessly clean and conveniently located. The pool was also a great addition. The host even extended our check-out time without any hassle. I would definitely recommend this place and would definitely stay again.

Great communication with check in/out procedures. Location is perfect for what we had planned. Beds are very comfortable! Publix is most convenient. Kitchen amenities are a little lacking though, hard to cook meals when there aren’t enough pots and pans and utility bowls and such, but we made it work. Bathroom rugs could use replacing. There are no ceiling/stand fans so if you are hot natured then hit up Walmart for fans. Still, we had a great time and I would stay again!

1 roll of toilet paper for your convenience. If I paid +1k for a 3 night stay at a place, I would hope they would at least provide more than 1 roll of toilet paper. Bathrooms had dirt in the corners etc. You can do better Vista Cay.

We saw a roach inside in one of the rooms, an empty koolaid bottle u see one of the mattresses, and the towels didn’t seem clean. Also, there are only 2 wash clothes for 3 4 beds…
