Pool and Amenity Guidance

* The private pool includes a child safety fence for added
protection.
* If pool heating is arranged, the water temperature is capped at
95°F.
* The attached spa is not a hot tub and does not include jets; it can
only be heated at the same time as the pool and will reach the same
temperature.
* Pool heating operates through a heat-exchange system, so
performance can be limited in colder weather and may occasionally
be unavailable.

Deliveries and Services

* Daily housekeeping is not included during the stay.
* For online orders, standard postal deliveries are not supported at
vacation homes; courier services are the accepted delivery method.
* Package delivery arrangements can vary within the resort, and some
locations may not accept parcels.

Parking

Please Note: Parking at this resort includes three complimentary
vehicle passes. Any additional vehicles will require payment of an
additional fee of $25 per vehicle, per stay. All vehicles,
complimentary or paid, must be registered in advance of arrival through
the community’s electronic system. Each guest will receive a QR Code to
be scanned upon arrival once registered. If a guest has not been
registered in advance of arrival, the attendant will issue a one-time
24-hour complimentary pass, and the guest will not be permitted
re-entry once expired. Please ensure that all vehicles and drivers are
communicated to Top Villas prior to arrival at the resort.
