  • Lakefront paradise awaits you! As soon as you walk into this magnificent lake house you`ll feel like your vacation has truly began. Experience the breathtaking views of the lake and sunsets. Relax by our beautiful pool, while only being minutes away from the Universal Studio`s theme parks. Stay here and be close to all the major entertainment Orlando has to offer!

    POOL and SPA are NOT heated. This is a multi-level home. Main floor offers an ample family room with a TV, a fully equipped kitchen, and a dining room. There`s a full bathroom adjacent to the kitchen which is ideal when using the pool. From the main floor, take two steps down where the master bedroom and bathroom are located. There`s also a very large loft area overlooking the pool and the lake. Upstairs there`s 3 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom, and 1 half bathroom. The patio provides plenty of seating, a TV, and a gas BBQ. Experience the Florida lifestyle at the pool or sit at the dock where you can relax and watch the sunset. There`s 2 Roku TV`s in the house, one in the living room and one in the patio. Washer and Dryer are located in the garage.

The entirety of our stay was absolutely amazing we loved the amenities provided as well as the location of the property!!One thing we did have to deal with was a small spider infestation! Coming from the stove! But overall it was amazin!

House was very dirty and had mold on the vents, walls and kitchen. There was a very strong smell once we entered the house. Within 20 minutes of arriving, my son started to have issues with his breathing. We immediately called Alan (host). Left a message and then also left a message on the VRBO app. Uploaded multiple photos.Host offered stated he would get independent testing to confirm the mold. Stated he would refund our money if the test came back positive. We could not stay there and informed him that due to the unsafe condition of the house, we were leaving and requested a full refund. He stated he would keep up posted on the results.

It took us over an hour to get into the house. The keyless entry didn’t work. The beds had hair in the sheets. There was McDonalds trash underneath the master bedroom bed. The carpet was disgusting. But the worst part about our stay was that the sliding glass back door did not lock. We did not get any help from VRBO and the host kept making excuses for all the problems. By 8:45 pm the host still had not come up with a solution for the back door problem so we had to leave and find a hotel room. The host did not reach back out to me until the next day in the afternoon. And now he refuses to reimburse us for the cost of the stay which we didn’t spend one night there.
