PRIVATE POOL & SPA



Enjoy your own private pool and spa throughout your stay.



Use of the pool and spa is included with the reservation.



Optional Pool & Spa Heating:

$40 per day plus applicable tax



Heating must be requested at least 2 days prior to arrival and must be added for the full duration of the stay.



The pool uses a heat-exchange system rather than an instant gas heater, so heating performance may be affected by outside weather conditions.



Target temperatures are approximately:



• Pool: 80°F

• Spa: 100°F



If you experience an issue with the heater during your stay, please contact us so we can coordinate with pool maintenance.

The ChampionsGate community permits a maximum of 6 vehicles per property.



Elevated Stays does not charge additional parking or resort-pass fees.



The community does not permit:



• Charter buses

• RVs

• Trailers

• Boats

• Slingshots

• Golf carts

• Campers



COMMUNITY GATE REGISTRATION



ChampionsGate requires guest information for community gate and security registration.



After booking, the reservation holder will be asked to provide the names of guests age 18 and older, along with any additional information required by the community for gate access.



At the resort entrance, guests may be asked to provide their first and last name and the property address in order to receive the appropriate parking pass and gain access to community amenities.



OPTIONAL BBQ GRILL



Use of the onsite BBQ grill is optional and available for:



$40 plus applicable tax per stay



The fee includes propane and cleaning of the grill.

Book 6 consecutive nights or more during our promotional travel period and receive ONE FREE NIGHT.

• Presidents’ Day Weekend: February 13 – February 16, 2027



Promotion Terms



• Valid for new reservations only

• Minimum stay of 6 consecutive nights required

• Entire stay must be booked under one reservation

• Cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts

• Not valid during listed blackout dates

• Subject to availability

SECURITY DEPOSIT & GUEST AGREEMENT



The property management company requires a $500 refundable security deposit.



This is processed as a temporary authorization hold on the guest’s credit card and is required 2 days prior to arrival.



The authorization is released after checkout once the property has been inspected and no damage, excessive cleaning, missing items, or other additional charges are identified.



Please note that the timing for released funds to become available may vary depending on your financial institution.



Guests are also required to review and sign our Guest Agreement after booking. The agreement outlines important property rules, community requirements, security deposit terms, and other information related to the reservation.



Failure to complete the required security deposit authorization or Guest Agreement may affect the reservation.



EARLY CHECK-IN & LATE CHECKOUT



Because this home is frequently booked with back-to-back reservations, early check-in and late checkout cannot be guaranteed.



Requests may be considered up to 3 days prior to arrival or departure, depending on availability.



When approved:



Early check-in or late checkout: $40 per hour



Guests must receive written approval in advance.



Unauthorized late departures may result in charges for documented additional costs incurred, as permitted under applicable booking-platform policies.



HOLIDAY ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE RESTRICTIONS



Check-ins and check-outs are not permitted on certain major holidays, including:

This is a privately managed vacation home rather than a hotel, so daily housekeeping and linen service are not included during the stay.



We provide a complimentary starter supply of common household essentials, including approximately:
