To help us prepare the space for your furry friend, please make sure to: \- Mention your pet during the booking process so we can confirm suitability. \- We only allow small dogs weighing no more than 25 pounds. \- The pet fee is $250 per month plus a $100 refundable security deposit, required before check-in. \- For stays below 8 nights, the pet fee is $30 per night, plus a $100 refundable security deposit. \- Only 1 dog is allowed. No cats permitted. \- The pet fee applies to the entire duration of the stay and is non-refundable. \- Dogs must never be left unattended or loose anywhere on the property.
