Great place to stay and relax. If it is your first time, be prepared for the standard sales plug and the full court press. The staff all seem to be aimed at you buying into the Hilton Vacation club. When you don’ buy in, they sure turn off the smiles and become super dejected. Now the rooms are great, they are wonderful little apartments that give you a full kitchen and some have laundry. The beds are comfortable and you are only a few minutes away from all the big Orlando attractions. The only downside was a three (3) hour loss of time based on a sales presentation.

Room was so spacious and stocked with all we needed. Property is lovely with so many amenities, very convenient location for our dance competition. Check in was smooth and express checkout was a breeze.

Our family enjoyed all the hotel amenities with the pool being a favorite for my kids. The drive over to Magic Kingdom is less than 15 minutes and there are lots of other options within the same timeframe. We enjoyed our stay and most definitely will be back.

The only complaint is that the pool closes at 10. It was always busy up until 10, and even an extra hour would be nice. Other than that this was our second year and plan on staying again next year!

I loved staying here! We came with the whole family and the resort made us feel right at home. The lady operating the front desk (Rhode Island Im sorry I forgot youre name) was the first sign our vacation wasn’t a total loss after a terrible journey. Would have loved to stay even longer! 5/5. Would definitely recommend!

I have previously stayed at this property many times with no issues, however this is probably my last time. There were live cockroaches in the bedroom and kitchen. Housekeeping showed up unannounced or requested after we checked in. Made us feel uncomfortable and unsafe. The floors turned our feet black with dirt because they were so dirty. I think it was the bedroom carpet. Do not walk around barefoot. They also did not let us extend our checkout for 1 hour. Checkout is at 10 am and we asked if we could extend to 11. When they said no, I felt it was the sign to never return. Hopefully you don’t have this experience.

This was our second visit to Mystic Dunes, last stay was 7 years ago. Overall a good experience. Rooms - would benefit from updating and a deep clean. Housekeeping - based on our length of stay we were to have 2 housekeeping days; first day they changed out the linens and made the bed; 2nd day they made the bed, no new towels. You are to text the front desk for service - this did not work for us as we never received responses or the items we were missing - dish soap, linen for pull out couch, replacement towels. It also took me several attempts to receive our final statement as it was not sent when we checked out.

The room was big with full kitchen and washer and dryer. A good plus for us. The pools were heated but not as large as we expected. It gets full fast. The staff was friendly. We got a scare one evening when we came back when all our lights were turn on, our towels disappeared. We were told at check-in that there was no housekeeping for stays of less than 7 nights so we were surprised (not in a good way) that they did a touch up mid stay but forgot to close the lights and replace our towels. We have been to another resort last year where there were more activities. One good point at check-in was that they weren't too pushy about time sharing.

We absolutely loved Mystic Dunes. It had everything you needed. The property was beautiful and staff were amazing. Kenzie’s restaurant was amazing with wonderful views. Can’t wait to come back!
