  • This is an efficiency located in a big cottage with a private entrance. You have a private bedroom/living room, bathroom and kitchenette.

    This is a great place in the heart of downtown Orlando near a ton of restaurants, night life, the Dr. Philips center, Amway arena and Lake Eola. Publix is within walking distance. There is a stocked kitchenette with sink, refrigerator, microwave, (no stove). Hulu w showtime, Netflix and amazon prime.
    The unit is private with separate entrance, bath and kitchen. Please note this is a studio. It is a small place to crash.
    Please be courteous as the owner lives on premise. Signed rental agreement and ID will be required to book.
