One bed was extremely firmer than the other, and the bathroom floor was sticky when we first arrived. But other than that the stay was nice. Although the pool was not heated and the breakfast wasn’t the best. Lots of food in the area to make up for it tho

The smell in the elevator was really bad. The TV in my room didn't work. Off line all the time. Good things clean, very courteous staff. Convenient , breakfast was ok. Good for the price.

The room was clean, but as soon as we entered, there was a strong musty smell. The receptionist had a very bad attitude and was not friendly at all. When we woke up the next morning, the entire room was damp, the furniture was wet, and the floor was slippery. As for the kitchen staff, they were very friendly and attentive. The breakfast was pleasant and good for the price of the hotel.

The room was not clean. There were cockroach wings on the floor, and I found a dead insect on the bed sheets. This was disgusting and unacceptable. The room should have been cleaned properly before our arrival.

Woman at the front desk was unfriendly. They placed us on the 4th floor, after hauling all our luggage up many flights of stairs because the elevator was broken (the entire week we were there), the key didn’t work. We had to haul all our luggage back downstairs. Once we got in the room, there were many issues. The bathtub was disgusting, curtains were broken, stains on the sheets, random liquid spots on the table. Towels weren’t refreshed, nor was toilet paper.

This was my third time staying at this hotel, but it will definitely be my last. The service was terrible. They charged an unexpected $29 for parking that was supposed to be included. On top of that, they first gave us room A 144 which was out of service, and then room B 354 with an unbearable mildew smell. We waited for 5 hours and they never solved anything, claiming all other rooms were under maintenance. We had to call Expedia in the middle of the night to get relocated. They ruined our family vacation. We will never come back.

Mold and no airflow in the bathroom. Whole room was wet and moist including all bedroom surfaces and carpet the entire 3 night 4 day trip. Ac probably leaking into carpet. Not sure. Wet floor spots. Holes in the wall near ground. Cracks in the ceiling with water pooling above shower. Door was splitting Front desk associate upon check in was NOT friendly and seemed to not like her job at all. Photos do not match. I had 2 small square pillows on both beds and never received more. the phone in the room had no numbers and was not plugged in. Needs some tlc, I would choose one of the many other hotels close by next time.

The hotel was very outdated. Staff was extremely rude not helpful at all. They had to change our rooms because the first one was full of mold and it had an awful dog urine smell. I would not stay there. There was hair all over the bed, blonde hair and I have a dark brown hair. It was just really really bad. Could not walk on the floors when you lay in the bed it just felt really really moist. unfortunately there was a convention going on in Orlando so there wasn’t anything else available.
