INCLUDED IN YOUR RESERVATION:

POOL AND SPA HEAT: We maintain the pool and spa at a base temperature of 70 degrees. If you would like the water warmer (Pool: 85°F / Spa: 103°F), please let us know at least 48 hours before your arrival. Heating is available for $45 per day or $270 per week plus tax (minimum of 2 consecutive days).

The spa shares the same heating system as the pool and operates on a wall-mounted egg timer in 1-hour cycles. To achieve the desired spa temperature, ensure the pool heat is activated and the egg timer is engaged. Please note that the spa does not maintain elevated temperatures like a therapeutic hot tub, and it may take several cycles to reach your preferred heat level.

Additionally, the heating system will not operate at full capacity when the air temperature is 50 degrees or cooler. No refunds for pool heat will be offered based on weather conditions. If you have any questions or would like to add heating, please let us know!

PROPANE: Guests are welcome to use the grill free of charge. Please note that propane is not included or provided. Any propane left onsite by previous guests is available for your use, but we cannot guarantee the tank will be full. Let us know if you would like to purchase full propane tanks before your arrival.

CHILD AMENITIES: 1 Pack N Play, 1 stroller, 1 highchair, and a safety gate

PET POLICY: Dogs are allowed and must be pre-authorized by the Host in writing. No Cats or other animals. Pet Cleaning & Sanitation Fee added per pet.

PARKING: This home has 2 spots inside the garage and 3 spots in the driveway. There is a maximum of 5 cars per reservation. Please note that these vehicle limits apply to both staying guests and any visitors you might have. Once the limit is reached per property, no other vehicles will be allowed in the resort. There is NO STREET PARKING allowed in the neighborhood. Failure to comply will result in the vehicle being towed at the guest's expense.

SECURITY: Smart Lock Entry and Community Gate Access

POOL SAFETY: Pool has a child safety fence that can be removed by the guest.

DELIVERY POLICY: Grocery deliveries require you to be present at the property to receive items. Please do not allow groceries to sit on the porch. Amazon deliveries must go to an Amazon Locker – not to the home. No package deliveries are allowed at the property.

ITINERARIES: We provide free itinerary guides designed by locals for families or adults. You will be able to download them when you book with us.

One last thing! Travel insurance is a low-cost way to help protect you from any trip losses should you need to change your plans (family emergency, illness, weather e.g. hurricanes, etc.). Without it, you risk losing all rental fees with Vacation Alchemy if you cancel outside of your reservation’s cancellation period and policy.
