As you enter, you’re greeted by a modern, Mediterranean-inspired design. The fully-equipped kitchen invites you to gather around and enjoy a home-cooked meal, or you can fire up the BBQ for a family cookout by the private pool and hot tub — the perfect setting to unwind after a day of adventure.

For entertainment, the villa offers a complete game room, ideal for friendly competitions and shared laughter. The kids will love the themed rooms, while the adults can indulge in a movie night with access to Netflix and Peacock on the large flat-screen TVs.

Additionally, you’ll have full access to the Oasis Club Resort, a true paradise for entertainment, with a resort-style pool, lazy river, water slides, fitness center, sports courts, arcade, and even a tiki bar by the pool — all just steps from your front door.

Located in a prime spot, the villa is less than 18 minutes away from Disney parks and just 32 minutes from Universal Studios, making it the perfect base to explore all of Orlando’s attractions.


▶ What You’ll Find at Our Home:

•Fully furnished with a fully equipped kitchen, washer & dryer, and central air conditioning.

•Private patio with BBQ grill (propane available on request for a fee).

•Private pool & hot tub (heating available for a fee).

•TVs with Roku, plus a fun game room for entertainment.

▶ Accommodations:

•First Floor: 1 Double bed (ensuite), 1 King bed (ensuite).

•Second Floor: 1 Queen bed (ensuite), 1 Queen bed, 1 Single & 1 Double Bunk Bed (ensuite), 1 Queen bed, 2 Single beds (ensuite), 1 King bed (ensuite).

▶ Starter Supplies:

•Dish soap, dishwasher detergent, paper towels, trash bags, toiletries (soap, shampoo, conditioner), and laundry detergent.

Note: For additional items, supermarkets are just a short drive away (5-6 minutes).

▶ For Children:

•High chair, Pack’n Play, and/or travel crib. (Available Upon Request for a Fee)

•Themed bedroom, pool fence, books, and toys.

▶ Cleaning & Bedding:

•Professionally cleaned and sanitized before each check-in, with fresh linens and towels provided.

▶ Resort Amenities (Champions Gate Resort):

•Clubhouse: Resort-style pool, lazy river, water playground, tiki bar, multi-sports court, fitness center, arcade room, and sundry shop.

▶ Additional Services (Upon Request for a Fee):

There are some important things to note related to additional services provided upon request.
• Pool heating: $65/day (plus taxes)
- 10% discount for 3+ nights
- 15% discount for 7+ nights
- 20% discount for 14+ nights
• Pet-friendly fee: $179 (plus taxes) per booking.
• Propane tank for BBQ: $65 (plus taxes)
• Shower chair: available at no extra cost (upon prior request)
• Accessibility ramp: available at no extra cost (upon prior request)

•Close to restaurants, cafes, and shops (Publix: 5 minutes, 7-Eleven: 6 minutes).

▶ Getting Around:

•Free parking at the property (2 spots in garage, 2 in driveway).

•Gate access required for all guests 18+ (ID needed upon arrival).

▶ Other Notes:

•No overflow parking or large vehicles allowed (boats, RVs, trailers, etc.).

•Quiet hours from 10 PM - 7 AM. •No parties allowed; fines apply for violations.
