Clubhouse Pool: 7 AM – 11 PM



Yellow Phase & Brown Phase Pool: 8 AM – Sundown



Tradewinds Pool: 8 AM – 10 PM



Splash Pad: 8 AM – Sundown



Please note: Fitness center access is not included with this unit.



Guest Access:

Bahama bay Resort, House Rules for an Enjoyable Vacation;



Please deposit all garbage in the trash bins located in front of each building by the walkways.



Quiet time begins at 11PM – Please be mindful of excessive noise levels after this time. Our policy is geared towards safety and relaxation for all guests.



Pet Free Property, ONLY service dogs allowed. Must register at the front desk (must have recent vaccination records).



Smoke Free property , no smoking or vaping in the unit, pool decks, or lanai.



All children MUST be accompanied by an adult at all times.



Pool Behavior – no jumping or diving; no foul language; no loud music; & no glass beverages around the pool area.



Hot Tub Limits – No more than 6 adults at any one time.



Clubhouse Pool: 7AM–11PM

Yellow Phase & Brown Phase Pool: 8AM–Sundown

Splash Pad: 8AM–Sundown

Tradewinds Pool: 8AM–10PM



Tradewinds Restaurant Hours – 12PM to 8PM (Hours are subject to change)



Tennis/Basketball/Pickleball Court – 8AM–9PM (Reservation required, even with your own equipment. Please see the Front Desk to make reservations.) Equipment available at the front desk.

Picnic areas with grills are located near Buildings 9, 25 & 34.



Fishing license REQUIRED for fishing at the Tradewinds dockside.
