Great experience

We chose to stay here for its proximity to Magic Kingdom. It was only a short 15-minute drive. The home was clean and perfect for our family. I highly recommend it.

Excellent Stay

The property was just as described. Everything was clean and well stocked. Our family of 5 used all three of the rooms and we were very comfortable throughout the stay. Proximity to the parks and restaurants was a big benefit. Host was responsive on both check-in and check-out and there were no issues. Would recommend!

Great place to stay

Communication was excellent even arriving late due to flight delays. The place was very clean, well decorated /cozy and beds were very comfortable. We would recommend having dark colored wash clothes and a couple laundry pods or some form of laundry detergent. Thanks for a great place to stay!

It was great

It was as described. We had a great time, and would come back. The only thing that we were disappointed in was there is only 1 parking pass. They will tow your vehicle if you don't have a parking pass. We had to take our 2nd vehicle and park it in the local firehouse parking lot.

Very nice place

We had a great experience at this place. We had a slight issue with a toilet and the host was quick to respond. He didn't need to come out and we managed with it. Two small issues were that we couldn't get the ceiling fan in the main bedroom to work with the light off and the lack of parking. There is only 1 parking space for the unit and we had 2 vehicles. Other than that, i loved the place and would stay again!

Not what I expected

If you are staying at this location prepare to purchase basic items such as trash bags, sponges, paper towels, toilet paper and any other basics you require. The refrigerator leaks on to the floor plan on mopping in the mornings. Basic appliance may or may not work. Coffee pot will overflow. Toaster will not work properly. Good luck if you desire to use the washing machine and dryer.

Basic property

Let me start with the positives - the unit was clean and the pool area was nice and fairly quiet. The owner was responsive to messages.However, there were a few things that led to three star rating. The property is not well maintained. The inner main doorknob falls off whenever you turn the handle, the refrigerator/freezer leaks and there’s a puddle on the floor every morning, and the closet door knobs were loose and the primary bedroom ceiling fan can only be on when the overhead light is on (needs a new chain). These are all easy fixes that give the guest a sense that the unit is cared for.Also, the unit is not well stocked. We had one kitchen garbage bag. When I contacted the owner asking for more, the response was there was no staff for two days to bring us more bags.Overall, if you are looking for a basic, no frills place with a few “quirks”, this is a good option.
