Very clean home…linens fresh and crisp. Plenty of towels, but lacked extra washcloths. Clubhouse pool area rather small and congested, but pool at there house was sufficient. My grandchildren really enjoyed themselves. Overall, very pleasant stay.

This home was as described in the listing. It was close in proximity to the major parks and very spacious for our group of 6. It was very convenient for everyone to have their own bathrooms. The pool was clean and perfect size for our group. I gave this rental a 4 because the beds were very hard. I believe they were all the memory foam. If I were someone that liked a very firm mattress, I would give this rental a 5. Overall, if there were different mattresses, I would stay here again.

The house is fine but not for what you are paying for. The host is great with communication and check in and checkout was easy. Everything else was disappointing. Most of the bathrooms don’t have toilet paper holders. There are no fans in any of the rooms. The neighbors are loud and noisy and they live here so that’s not changing. People park on the street so much that you can hardly drive down the street. When we went to the community pool which was a major factor in renting this place it was so busy we could hardly use it. We couldn’t find the remote for the projector tv so we were never able to use it. The air hockey table does not work/ and the pool table is all warped and missing a ball. It was clean but not worth the money. Also the cookware leaves much to be desired so if you do rent here I would bring your own skillet.
