Great launch pad for theme parks and surrounding area.

Great location for accessing local attractions, and a spacious home to retreat to after a busy day at Disney! Loved the pool. Felt safe and secure.

Family reunion

Our family met here from different t provinces in Canada. The house is close to all parks and is large enough and spaced out for privacy for six adults very clean and quiet

Excellent Stay

The property was clean, well-equipped, and pleasant to stay in. There were some thoughtful touches, like individually packaged soap and a fresh sponge for our use. When we had an issue after hours, we were able to get in touch and get it resolved asap. I would definitely stay at this property again!

Beautiful Home

My son and daughter in law were impressed that they had bedroom and bath that was separate from others for privacy. We had a great time in the pool and spa.

Great value, fantastic home!

We were quite pleased with this home which featured plenty of space and a wonderful pool and hot tub! The furnishing was modern, clean and bright, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time. There were some minor challenges with our check in process, but Ana was responsive and fixed the mistake being made at the gate. One positive, those fellas at the gates mean business, so you can feel secure in your rental.

Great stay

Excellent house and location, close to everything. I recommend Cowboy Chicken at Margaritaville. Walmart down the road, delivery available. A bathroom for every bedroom. Clubhouse is good. Good communication with owner, prompt responses. Overall a great stay, highly recommend.

Large house with ensuite baths and well-equipped kitchen. Some glitches on arrival (no dishwasher soap, no paper towels, indoor temperature a bit warm, cars not registered at gate), but the manager was readily available to fix things.

It actually surpassed my expectations! House was beautiful decorated and very clean and spacious. Each bedroom had a designated bathroom. I would definitely rent this same home for the future

Enjoyed our stay

We stayed for a week, and we had an amazing time. Communication with the host was very easy, and she was quick with responding to all questions we had. We did run out of toilet paper quite fast with 5 people staying, and we experienced the door being unlocked when we would return to the home after being out. Nothing was ever missing so we didn't make a big deal out of it, just something to keep in mind l.

Florida stay

We had a great time, the property was very clean. There were a few things we wish would have been there, there was no towels for pool, furniture in family room was very uncomfortable and very short to the ground, and there was only one kitchen towel and no dish rag. There was no shelf by washer and dryer and had to leave detergent on the ground. There was a pool table and TV advertised in game room but there was none there. The outdoor area was very nice and we spent alot of time by the pool

Would stay again!

Our family loved our Florida vacation… this home was exactly as pictured on the website. The location and layout were perfect for us. We had 10ppl (8 adults, 2 children) and it never felt crowded. The pool was a good size and once the hot tub got going it was definitely hot enough and worked well. The only downside was that the loungers on the pool area were broken… we couldn’t use them at all until the last few days when 2 of them were repaired and the others removed. Ana was always responsive and lovely to deal with. We reported that the fridge was damaged and Ana ordered another one right away. There are some minor tlc things that didn’t impact our stay and probably common with any rental property. We also enjoyed the resort clubhouse and pool a couple of times during our visit. Overall the house and host were great and we would stay here again!

Windsor Hills

Location was perfect! House was beautiful 😍 plenty of room. We had 6 people in our party. Downstairs twin room had a trundle as well as one of the upstairs rooms. Love that each room had their own bathroom. Only stressful concern was trying to contact the host. We didnt get our check-in info until the day of check in. They were out of the country, experiencing issues. One of the pool loungers were broken (not a big deal, just left a note on it so cleaners could either fix it or remove it) I would recommend this house to others but would be worried about communication issues with host. We almost rented a different house due to the issue. Overall the house was beautiful

Hot and extremely uncomfortably

The house had no AC, it was 85 degrees and we had to buy fans. A message was left for the host on the first day. We did not get a response. Day 3, I had to call several times until it was fix which lasted one day! We could not cook due to the heat. Horrible!! The host stated that it was a new AC Unit. The response time to fix the situation was slow and when it was fixed it only worked for 24 hours. I truly believe the client’s comfort is number one. I am giving a rating of 1. Otherwise the house is perfect,

Perfect accommodations for our needs 7adults! Pool was quite convenient, hot tub flow only worked the first night, but really didn’t need it afterwards, large rooms, clean and kitchen had everything that we needed, up to date appliances. Owners responded to all questions.

Great for Family Disney trips!

We really enjoyed staying off property for this trip to Disney. The house was super spacious and we were thankful for so many bathrooms. The kids enjoyed the pool (even in December) and the location cant be beat. Super close to walmart and minutes to the parks!

Mini vacation

Every year we attend the Florida Blue Classics. it’s usually six ladies. we come down on Thursday, Friday hit the outlet malls. Saturday goe to football game.
