The Boardwalk area is a 10 minute walk to Epcot or Hollywood studios with monorail access connecting Epcot and the Magic Kingdom. You can also take the ferry from the Boardwalk to Epcot or Hollywood Studios, bus transportation is easy too. The Villa's are very nice (though ours had a leaking washing machine) and for a little more money 1 Villa is equal to two rooms, plus you get cooking amenities/washer/dryer, for us it is definitely worth it. The service at the hotel was also very good. I lost my sunglasses somewhere around the hotel and when I reported them lost the next day, I had no hope of recovering them. While we were at one of the parks, they called me telling me they had found them! Also, they had afternoon activities on the lawn by the boardwalk in the afternoon for kids which was priceless when looking for ways to burn your little one’s energy. It was an excellent stay and we already booked our next stay there!
