3BR/2.5BA Pet Den EI

  • Bringing the dog? This is one of the portfolio's most pet-welcome homes. A 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath home on Crystal Cove Loop inside the Emerald Island resort — gated, with pools, a tiki bar, tennis, basketball, and volleyball, minutes from Disney and Universal.

    Inside: a king bedroom with attached bath, a queen bedroom with bath, and a kids' room with a twin bed and bunk bed. Sleeps 6 comfortably, 8 with the living room sleeper sofa. In-home washer and dryer, free high-speed WiFi, flat-screen cable TVs, and a full kitchen (range, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, blender).

    We provide starter coffee and toiletries; replenish at nearby Walmart or Publix for longer stays.

    Note: the Emerald Island HOA charges a one-time access fee of $20 per car (not needed for Uber/taxi), paid directly to the resort after booking and before arrival.

    Arrival: check-in from 5:00 PM. After you sign the rental agreement you'll receive a detailed arrival email with step-by-step directions and entry instructions — please keep it handy on check-in day.

We did some souvenir shopping just down the road. We used this place to rest when we were not at Disney World. Just a few minutes from the parks.

This was a last minute booking, and we required some assistance in the very beginning of our stay. Annie, Manny and team were so quick to respond and were extremely helpful. Couldn’t ask for better hosts/manager(s)! The place was nice and convenient. Lots of room and a great location - not far from the Disney parks, which was the focus of our stay. Thank you!

This place was great. Super convenient to all Disney destinations. The host Manny communicated very well and was super tentative if we had any issues. Bedrooms were clean and comfortable. Kitchen and living room were perfect for our group size and the AC unit made it extra cozy. Would definitely plan another trip to this house in the future.
