We truly enjoyed our stay. The home was spacious, clean, and provided plenty of options for activities. Our 13 year old lives in the game room, while our 4 year old couldn't get enough of the pool. My husband also took advantage of the small lake on the grounds to get in a morning walk and some fishing. He caught a few fish and got to know the local alligator .The rooms were very comfortable and clean making bedtime easy. I would recommend bringing your own blanket. I've learned Florida is hot, but the AC was working a little too well! Each of us lived in a cozy blanket through our stay.We didn't take advantage of the on grounds pool and splash pad, but the community was quiet and very friendly.

Location was excellent. Excellent villa for couples. Folding settee in livingroom did not seem strong enough for adults to use. That aside I did enjoy the villa and would stay again.

Very satisfied with the house. Cleanliness and Disney themed Decor was perfect. Host was very accommodating and friendly. Was very easy to get in touch with and accommodating. Would highly recommend.

The house was wonderful and clean. However I do think the management crew should take into consideration how long or short a guest is staying when providing basic accommodations such as toilet paper or dish pods. I had to buy basic seasoning such as salt and pepper when we stayed. Also there is a whole panel missing in the screened in pool area which defeats the purpose of the screen.

The home was beautiful. There were a few things that concerned me, the area around the front door was filthy but I did a quick clean before I left. There was a screen out over the pool and some of the walls were dirty. Nothing I couldn't deal with and surely not a deal breaker. I think there were 7 beds and a pullout but of course my daughter ended sleeping with me almost every night!!! The Disney touches in the kitchen were so cute.

Property says for 10 but it is more like 4 adults and 4 kids. There was no hand soap in bathrooms and no body wash or shampoo etc. Also not enough mugs for coffee. If it said 10 people then you should have for 10 people.

There was no place to put underwear and sock and pajamas in the other 3 bedrooms there was only a closet for hanging clothes, also 1 towel per person was hard ,and there was ants on the kitchen counter. Besides that it was great.

Disney Family Vacay 2025

My children loved the pool, we loved everything else. The approximity to Walt Disney World couldn't have been any better, everything that we needed was centrally located. The house was adorably decorated and the game room was chefs kiss. It was nice to come back from Disney and swim in the pool and then sink into bed and watch movies. Looking forward to next year.

Florida Nationals

We came down for dance nationals and wanted a house for a family of 5. Couldn't have been more perfect for our family. Everyone was happy with the amount of space, having the pool right there and the availability to cook when we wanted. Groceries were not far from home and pretty much centered between the main theme parks. We absolutely loved it.
