Bed area was clean, bed was very comfortable. The bath area was not. there were roaches and the shower dripped. We only stayed one night and we figured that the hotel was rarely visited. Front staff was kind, but were were dissapointed.

WiFi was horrible. The area Maitland is really nice and high class in my opinion! They gave me a dirty room at first and I immediately asked to be moved to another room. The second was sooo clean I can smell the bleach as soon as I walked in which is completely ideal! Everything was great. The breakfast is just muffins, yogurt, bagels, coffee, water and cereal. Overall it was good I would stay here again! If you’re looking for something cheap and comfortable this is your place. Just make sure you check the room first. Prepare to buy breakfast & have hotspot.

This place is just OK, not great. I asked the front desk guy where the closest grocery store was, and he said I would have to Google it. Room was clean enough. This is a place to lay your head, with a shower in the bathroom, that’s about it.

So they do have ice however, whenever you go to ask the front desk or they give you literally like 10 pieces of ice and don’t fill your bucket up all the way. It’s the perfect for a construction worker or if you’re not really looking for anything super nice but the property could definitely use some upgrades and some tender love and care or even just some basic cleaning. The room was OK, but there was definitely visual evidence from the person that stayed before me. Like the shower wasn’t cleaned properly. You could still see where the last person had their soap and things.. The sink wasn’t wiped down. You could still see water spots everywhere from that and the floor definitely could’ve used a good sweep. It wasn’t bad but it was like staying at your dirty friends house and the moment you get home you just wanna take a shower. The staff was really amazing. I really can’t complain about that check in was easy.

I got a king bed that was extremely comfortable with nice sheets and pillows. The room was spacious and very clean. Heavy drapes kept the room dark and fairly quiet. A large Samsung TV with plenty of channels was a plus. So all good for the most part: WiFi was not working for my 3 day stay and the tub was extremely slippery. I would definitely stay there again.
