The hotel was very clean and well updated. Very comfortable beds and nice bathrooms and lobby. The staff was great. Lisa checked me in and was very polite and explained everything. I wanted a late checkout during my stay, Tina at the front desk helped and extended my checkout free of charge. Overall this hotel shoots way above its price point. I already have a future booking to stay again.

Great stay! Hidden gem! SHAMARA at the front desk offered a warm welcome to my family and I. MARIA, I believe the housekeeping manager was so friendly, she was a whole vibe. I had 2 excellent wines at the Bistro wine bar. The bartender was so professional and hospitable. He took such good care. We loved the pool, the room was spacious and clean. The hotel in general was really nice. Would definitely stay again !

Overall pretty clean. We had a kitchenette but just make sure to bring your own napkins/paper towels, bowls/plates, utensils because they aren’t provided. TV’s are not smart, toiletries provided are 1/10. Functional I guess but smell terrible like their stated scent, CANVAS. Pool nice, hot tub clean. Valet made passive aggressive comments on how little they were making, kind of fishing for tips. Give me a positive attitude you will receive more than making me fall bad for you.

Shamara at the front desk is absolutely amazing! I had the pleasure of meeting her during my previous stay at the Crowne Plaza, and I was so happy to see her again. She is consistently warm, professional, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. She makes you feel valued from the moment you arrive. Shamara is truly an asset to the Crowne Plaza and a perfect example of outstanding hospitality. She deserves to be recognized—five stars simply aren’t enough! Thank you Shamara!!! I also want to recognize the gentleman at valet parking—unfortunately, I didn’t get his name, but he was absolutely amazing and provided exceptional service!
