3. **NO LOUD MUSIC OR NOISE:** Please keep noise to a minimum, especially after 10 PM. If we receive a noise complaint, you will be charged a $500 fee.
4. **NO PARTIES:** Parties are not permitted in the unit. If you host a party, you will be charged a $1000 fee.
5. **LATE CHECKOUT:** Checkout time is at 11 AM. Any checkout after 3 PM will incur a $250 fee.
6. **NO PETS:** Pets are not allowed in the unit. Any breach of this rule will result in a $200 fee.
7. **NO UNREGISTERED GUESTS:** Only guests who are registered at the time of booking are allowed in the unit. If additional people are found to be staying in the unit, a fee of $150 per person will be charged.
8. **NO ILLEGAL ACTIVITY:** Any illegal activity will result in immediate eviction without refund, and the local authorities will be notified.
9. **DAMAGE TO PROPERTY:** Any damages to the property will be charged to you. This includes but is not limited to loss of keys, broken furniture, unreported issues, etc.
10. ★SAFETY PROCEDURE★ Please submit a copy of your driver's license and phone number for a routine background check, ensuring safety.
