One of the home's biggest advantages is its no-rear-neighbor setting. The added privacy makes the private pool area an especially inviting place to relax between visits to Orlando's theme parks and attractions.



Start the morning with a refreshing swim before heading to Walt Disney World, return home for an afternoon pool break, or plan a quieter vacation day enjoying your own private outdoor retreat.



The screened pool and spa are surrounded by a spacious pool deck with outdoor patio furniture, giving adults a comfortable place to relax while younger guests swim. The screened lanai also makes it easy for the entire group to spend time together outdoors after another exciting day exploring Central Florida.



Optional pool heat is available for $40 per day. The spa is not a hot tub and is heated to the same temperature as the pool only when pool heat is added.
