Check-in & House Rules

• Please be aware that the condominium does not accept deliveries made by USPS. Only Amazon, FedEx, and UPS deliveries are allowed.

• We respect the neighborhood and ask for quiet hours after 10:00 PM
• Climate/bugs: in tropical areas, insects may appear; we perform regular preventive pest control
• Consumable items: an initial starter kit is provided; additional supplies are the guest’s responsibility
• Bed linens and towels included


Optional Services (upon request)
• BBQ Grill rental: $85 + taxes (entire stay, includes 1 propane tank)
• Pool/Spa heating: $40/day + taxes (required for the entire stay)
• Requests must be made in advance (3–5 days prior to check-in)
Note: The spa is not a hot tub and does not have independent temperature control from the pool.

Parking
• Spaces: designated spots in front of the building, with additional parking within the resort
• Street parking is not allowed

Self-Service
• Starter kit: shampoo, soap, dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags for the beginning of your stay
• Restocking: we recommend purchasing additional items at nearby supermarkets
• Trash/recycling: dispose of bagged trash in the chute located in front of the elevator

Responsibilities & Limitations
• Pool: use responsibly; children must always be supervised
• Third-party/resort amenities: subject to maintenance or occasional closures
• Minor variations: décor may change while maintaining the same standard and functionality

Forgotten Items Policy
If an item is found, we will notify you. Guests may retrieve it or request shipping for $30 + taxes and shipping costs. We are not responsible for lost or forgotten personal items.
