Welcome to the perfect Orlando getaway in this spacious 4-bedroom vacation home, just a short drive from Disney! Unwind in your private pool after fun-filled days, or explore the amazing clubhouse featuring resort-style amenities—ideal for the whole family. Located in a secure gated community, this home offers peace of mind, comfort, and convenience. Make unforgettable memories in a space designed for joy, and relaxation. BBQ - need to request in advance - USD100/week  
Parking - up to two vehicles  
  
Please note the pool heater works through HEAT EXCHANGE and might not function with weather near 65F and below temperatures. No reimbursements or refunds provided for pool heat.   
  
NOTE: This is a vacation home. We offer some complimentary supplies until you have a chance to purchase them. (2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels, 2 garbage bags, 1 soap and 1 fabric softener, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish detergent, a few loads of pods for the dishwasher, and 1 shampoo, 1 conditioner, 1 soap (per bathroom).  
We don\`t leave any kind of seasoning or food to avoid contamination.  
Wash towels: In accordance with Airbnb\`s hygiene recommendations and COVID 19 guidelines, the WASH TOWEL is considered a disposable and personal item, so we recommend that you bring your own.  
The other towels (bath towel, hand towel, and pool towel) will be provided and will be available at the house, in proportion to the number of guests staying.  
  
\*\*Important:\*\* We are committed to protecting our properties and keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations, which is why you will be asked to complete our independent verification.  
You will be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit or buying a non-refundable damage waiver (35.00). We suggest you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking.

Late check-out incurs a USD 60 fee if departure is completed by 12:00 PM.  
After 12:00 PM, a full daily rate will be applied.
