I had emailed asked no to add an extra day and ALSO be able to check in at 2am. I received an email back stating my request has been approved. When we arrived at the resort I was told that we couldn’t check in and needed to come back at 10am, so my family was without a place to sleep after driving 20 hours. I was pretty disappointed.

The room itself was great. I thought my listing said coin operated washing/ drying, but there was one in the room. The unit we were in was towards the back, which I loved because it was quiet and away from all the resort noise. My only complaint was there was zero parking when we arrived to the building where you check in. After walking distance to get inside, I had to wait in line about 30 minutes to check in. Other than that delay to start my vacation, everything else was fine.
