When they say they'll provide all the kitchen things you'll need, they are right. I wasn't expecting tupperware, but was pleasantly surprised to have it! The tile floor needed mopped, but the rest of the condo was very clean. The only thing I would change about the property would be the window coverings. The wood blinds barely kept out the hall and street lights (which were extremely bright). They really need room darkening drapes to help with sleep. This unit is located near a main road, so the sounds of cars and emergency vehicles was very consistent through the night. We loved the big pool and lazy river. And the little pool was super close (just across the street) and was never too crowded except on weekend evenings. Owners made check in and check out really easy and provided all the information you need in one location. Thank you so much for allowing us to use your beautiful condo. ##### Jacqueline H. Check in was very easy. But after we messaged Mr.Host (the management company) about the condo (apartment) we reserved not being the condo we checked in to they responded and said it was. We also told them there was black mould on the ceiling of the master bathroom they never responded to that concern. Lastly, the refrigerator was not cooling items on the upper shelves. They sent over a repair person twice and they said it was functioning as designed and also implied that we were not closing the door which was very insulting. We ended up throwing away groceries because they weren’t being cooled. We have stayed at Storey Lake before and we love the area. This was our first experience with Mr.Host management company and will be our last. If they would have just been responsive to our concerns we would have left a better experience review. Unfortunately our review is below average primarily for the misrepresentation of the property and the lack of communication after we communicated concerns. ##### Melissa W.
