6/10 Okay

Liked: Cleanliness, check-in
Disliked: Communication, listing accuracy
The house was advertised as having a bbq grill, with pictures shown with it by the pool but when we asked where it was we were told that it was an extra, very expensive charge to have this included. The listing did not mention this at all. We had planned to use the bbq every night and so this was so disappointing. Also there was an issue with the hot water when we were there and no one could have a bath as there was no hot water going to the bath. I reported this issue but nothing was done to resolve the issue.
