🗑️ Use designated trash bins — $1,000 fee if ignored

🎉 No parties or events — $150 fine, immediate eviction, no refund

🐾 No pets allowed — $1,500 fine + extra cleaning fees

🚗 Parking & Access



⚠️ Parking is only permitted in the driveway in front of the house. Street parking is strictly prohibited within the community — vehicles parked on the street will be towed without warning.



Gated community — all drivers must be registered before check-in.

No overflow parking permitted.

🚫 Not allowed: boats, trailers, RVs, campers or commercial vehicles.



📭 USPS deliveries can't be received — they're left in a mailbox we can't open. Door-delivery carriers like UPS, FedEx and Amazon are fine.
