I want to start off by saying this property provided exactly what I needed. A place to stay for my family during our week long vacay. So it met our basic needs however there were encounters that made us feel our stay was OKAY rather than pleasant. Firstly, you will need a QR CODE to get on the property. I was not aware of this or any check in information until I reached the property. I want to state that I reached out early in the morning (9am) asking for protocols regarding check in. No answer. I didn’t worry about it until I checked in and encountered the issue of getting on the property. Check in was at 4pm, we arrived at 5:30ish and yet I was the one attempting to reach out for information. The listed number did not work and was either cancelled or answered by AI and no resolve. Message was the only point of contact and very minimal until I made it clear I was unhappy with the minimal communication and if unresolved I would cancel my reservation. I receive the QR code shortly after along with a charge on my card for the remainder of the payment. No apologies for the delay or anything.Second, the home visibly is clean, quiet, and stay ready. However as you start to exist in the house you notice a lot of cheaply alternatives used to create the home. I mention this because we were very worried about breaking things due to their durability. I also realized there was a light ring around the tub downstairs. This same bathroom also had a slow drain.So, our stay was okay.
