Indulge in tranquility in this recently renovated 3 bedrm condo situated on the 1st floor. It boasts a fully equipped kitchen, dining, family room, & 3 bdrms. Additionally, the condo features a screened-in patio that overlooks the tennis courts and provides access to the community pool. Its prime location conveniently affords proximity to all Disney attractions. Complimentary parking is available for max of 2 vehicles. Commercial vehicles & vehicles displaying advertising are prohibited..  
  
Guests can easily access all the world-famous attraction parks, restaurants, and shopping malls. The home has an electric lock, and you will be provided with a unique code which will be valid for the duration of your stay. Our rental agreement, along with other important information, will be sent 7 days before your check-in. We provide TWO (2) PARKING PASSES for your stay! Have fun with the whole family at this stylish place.  
  
Grand Palms visitors love the community pool and jacuzzi, tennis courts, fitness room, and their private screened patio area. At just 6.2 miles from the Disney Gates, vacationers are close to everything they come to the Orlando area to see.
