It can only be heated if the entire pool is heated. They both will have the same temperature. It does not have jets. 6-Heater works through HEAT EXCHANGE and WILL NOT WORK in cold weather. If you still would like to heat the pool during cold conditions and it does not reach the desired temperature, we will not be able to offer a refund. The pool heater pumps have a safety system that prevents overheating of the element when the pump is working overtime in cold weather. It automatically shuts off briefly until the pump can regain its functionality efficiently. Keep in mind this service is optional and may not be available at times. • BBQ RENTAL - OPTIONAL \- Cost: $75 All Stay • TRASH DISPOSAL Please place trash in the plastic bin daily to keep a clean home. • HOUSEKEEPING There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. I probably would not rent this place again. House was okay…. It was clean I will give them that. The amenities, there was absolutely nothing. What the left to use: a roll of .69 paper towels, 3 trash bags, tiny bottle .30 dish soap, a few tablets for dishwasher, no wash clothes whatsoever, cheap towels. I felt they wanted to spend nothing to help make it a “home away from home” the furniture was not fit to be in there. Middle of the couch sagged onto the floor. This property is a very basic short term rental super cheap furniture the couch we had to take the legs off because it was about snap in the middle. Looks like they went to IKEA or a yard sale and furnished the place. The map on VRBO site made it look a couple miles from the ESPN zone where we had an event, no its more like 6-8 miles and takes 25-30 min with traffic to get there. ##### Ryan B.
