This townhouse offers what you need for that at-home feeling while on vacation. Plus, you will be able to use all Windsor Island Clubhouse amenities with no extra cost! Which is fabulous!

• Resort Amenities: The Aloha Resort offers a range of fun activities, including:
-Zero-entry pool, lazy river, children's water park, and double water slides
-Mini-golf, basketball, volleyball, hammock gardens, fire pits, and more.

Important Notes:

• Hot Tub: This property does not have a private hot tub. However, guests may access the shared hot tub at the Resort Clubhouse.

• Additional Options (extra fees apply):

• Grill Rental: $80 (includes delivery, 01 propane, and cleaning)
• Pool Heater: $35 per day, minimum 3 days (see detailed information below)
• Golf Cart Rental: Contact the host for details.

Useful Information:

• Parking: Free parking is available in front of the unit. Please note: commercial vehicles, RVs, trailers, buses, golf carts, or boats are not permitted at Windsor Island Resort.

• Self-Catering: While we provide a small welcome kit to get you started, you’ll need to stop by the nearest supermarket for additional items needed during your stay.

• Trash Disposal: Please place trash in the provided bins daily to maintain cleanliness.

• No Smoking: Smoking inside the house is prohibited. Our smoke detector will trigger an alarm if smoke is detected.

• Pets: We’re happy to accommodate pets with prior arrangements. For the comfort of all guests, pets are not allowed on carpets, furnishings, or beds. For damages caused by pets, the Pet Damage Protection Fee (refundable upon inspection) will be charged. Pets must weigh under 35 lbs, and no more than 3 small pets are allowed.
• PET FEE: $95 per pet.

• Optional Pool Heat:
• Cost: $35 per day (minimum 3 days)
• Temperature: Maximum 95°F
• Advance Notice: Must be requested 48 hours prior to arrival

Notes: The pool heater operates through heat exchange and may not function properly in colder weather. We cannot offer refunds if the pool temperature does not meet your expectations under such conditions.

IMPORTANT: Pool heater may be *unavailable* at some times.

Starter Kit: Upon arrival, we provide a complimentary starter supply of toiletries, including:

• Dish sponge and detergent (1)
• Dishwasher pods (3)
• Paper Tower (1)
• Dish Detergent (1)
• Trash Bags (3)
• Toilet paper (1 roll per bathroom)
• Small bar soap (1 per bathroom)
• Shampoo (2 per bathroom)

Housekeeping: The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized before your arrival. Additional housekeeping services are available for an extra fee.

• Food & Condiments: Per Florida law, open food items cannot be left in the house after check-out. No food supplies are provided.

• Online Purchases: Please note, USPS deliveries are not accepted at vacation homes. Only UPS, DHL, or FedEx deliveries are allowed. Some resorts may accept packages at the clubhouse, and fees may apply.

• Noise & Safety: In the event of excessive noise after 10 PM, please contact local authorities. For your security, the home is equipped with exterior cameras at the front door and near the pool machinery.

• Rental Agreement: After booking, you will receive an email requesting your electronic signature on the rental agreement. Please check your junk folder if you don’t see it.
