Attention to every detail has been put in as we furnished and decorated this home. This 6 bedrooms, 3.5bathrooms, 3,073 sq. feet unit sleeps 14 in style. With 2 king-size bedrooms, 2 queen-size bedrooms, and 2 twin-size bedrooms, there is plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax after a day out or to just relax and stay in. The dining room offers plenty of space to visit and enjoy meals together. The bright and airy kitchen has all the appliances and is equipped with all the comforts of home. There is also a full-size washer and dryer. This home will bring the excitement of Disney to you and have the kids talking about your trip for months to come.

House highlights and features:
1. Game room - there is a 400 sq. ft. air-conditioninged and fully equipped gamed room in the converted garage with pool table, foosball, air hockey and a wooden train sets.
2. Backyard and swimming pool - an over-sized extended pool deck with sunken spa. There is a child safety fence around the pool and child safety lock on the door leading to the pool deck, offering peace of mind for families with children. The pool area is very private. No rear neighbors since this house is 15 feet high above rear houses.
3. Living area – top grain genuine leather sofa sets and 55’ cable LED TV with a blue-ray player. Kids play corner with kids’ books, toys, and puzzles.
4. Dining room - with seating for 6, fully fitted kitchen with breakfast bar and dining area for 14
5. 1st master bedroom (1st floor) - king sized bed, en-suite bath, walking closet and 46’ cable TV/DVD combo, and WI-FI.
6. 2nd bedroom (1st floor) - queen sized bed, en-suite bath, walking closet and 32’ cable TV/DVD combo, and WI-FI.

Great location, clean and comfortable

This property is so convenient to the Disney Parks! When we arrived, you could smell how clean the house was. There was definitely attention to detail. Everything was in working order. Extra linens, cribs for infants and plenty of space. I appreciate the door locks and gate to the pool as well. Would definitely stay again!

Perfect Location and Nice House to Stay

Our first priority is the location, and Windsor Hills Resort is THE one. The resort is unbelievably large and has high-quality amenities, including a huge club house with a game room, pool and hot tub, water park, and 3 playgrounds. The house was exactly as described. The seniors do love the idea that 3 bedrooms are on the 1st floor, so they do not need to climb stairs. The kids loved the Mickey Mouse room and the Frozen room. The whole house is well-kept, clean, and full of fun, from the swimming pool to the game room. The property manager, Phill, greeted us on the 2nd day of check-in, and he was very nice. He explained why there is a fixed line on the countertop, how to use the hot tub, and answered our questions, etc. The last thing I would like to mention is that this house’s nightly rate is impressive. Overall, I will give it five stars. Would stay again!

Great spot at Windsor Hills

Thanks to Jennifer for our wonderful stay! The house was well appointed (e.g. lots of dishes and towels, etc) and we appreciated the cleanliness. The beds were comfortable and the pool area was nice too. We were missing dish cloths and the property manager was very prompt to bring some. He answered the phone and was quick to deliver. Definitely recommend this property - great to deal with actual owners and not rent from an impersonal company. Thanks again!

Relaxing before we head home

This property was the perfect way to end our trip. We had just wrapped up with the Tropical 7's Rugby Tournament in Tampa and it was nice to have some down time by the pool before getting back to reality. Everything was great the rooms and facilities were all as advertised. Jennifer was quick to respond and always made sure we were taken care of.

Disney Family Trip

We loved the house, neighborhood and location. The owner was very responsive to our communications. The house could use a little TLC, but after speaking with the owner, it is in the works. The process of checking into the neighborhood is a bit of a pain. We were in the line for this for about 45 minutes. This would be a better process if the owner were able to take care of it on the front end. We were sent a parking pass; however were told to give check in information to the gate.

The house is exactly as the VRBO pictures shown. We had 6 adults and 5 kids from age 3 to age 75. Everybody found something they liked while staying at the house. Less than 5 minutes walk to the club house, pools, and water park. Less than 2 miles to Disney World. Would stay at this house again.

Great location and quiet spot

We had a cheer comp at the convention center and this was a great, quiet spot for 3 families to spend the weekend. Communication with the owner was quick and efficient. The property was clean. Note: there was no soap/paper towels which we forgot to get but I believe this was noted in the welcome documents! We would definitely stay here again!

My stay

I love the area,the security was amazing, you weren't getting through that gate w/out approval. The house was amazing, the only problem was, it did not have enough bathrooms. Apart from that I loved the house and its location. Of course we were minutes from restaurants and of course Walmart. Most of all, the homeowners communicated with me,which I'm big on that and I loved it. We told them that our permits was about to expire, and she and her husband got right on it. Thank you all for a wonderful stay and most of all communication. I will be looking you guys up for our next family vacation. Much love ❤️ from the Reliford's Family.

House was just ok. Looks like hasn’t been cleaned in a few months. House is in need of repairs. Couldn’t turn thermostat below 73. So house was warmer than we like. Owners agreed to pool heat. Then didn’t want to turn on. Took multiple calls to get the heat turned on.

Wonderful Home

This was the perfect house for our Disney vacation! The kids loved the themed bedrooms! The game room was great for kids and adults to hang out. With two 6 year olds and 7 adults the house was the perfect place to stay to enjoy Disney and still have plenty of adult time to hang at the pool and relax after the kids were asleep! Definitely my favorite way to vacation! Highly recommend this home! So close to parks you can hear the fireworks and see some over the trees even. Thanks for an amazing vacation home!

Family trip to Orlando

Rented this property to take my family to Orlando. The home was very spacious and well kept. Had a small issue with the AC unit and contacted the property manager Han who got right on the problem and had it taken care of. Spoke to the owners during our stay and they were very accommodating and helpful in resolving our concerns. Resort where the property is located is a great place to take children and conveniently located to all of the attractions and shopping.

Great Vacation Home

I am very glad to be the first to review this Windsor Hills 6beds/3.5 baths single family house. Obviously, there were 0 review when I booked this house, so I was a little hesitates to book. But I am so glad we did… The house was great, clean and well maintained. The pool and spa were a great hit for the four adults and two kids after long days at Disney and Sea World. The layout of the two king master suites was great for 2 exhausted couples to have a great rest after a long day at the parks. We also loved the securities at the gate, which provide safety and good reputation for this resort.

This property had a lot of issues. First there were cockroaches!! The AC went out on us and the maintenance couldn't come out until the morning and it was sweltering hot upstairs the kids couldn't sleep. There was a portable AC in the garage so we moved them down there with the mattresses on the floor. Very strict about parking so if you want to rent any type of sling shots or anything of that nature this is definitely not the property for you!

Well for starters, the place was far from clean, infested with roaches. Pool was not clean contacting the property manager was a joke. Basically told us the maids didn't have time to fully clean the 6 bedroom house because nobody checks out on time. I feel I was cheated even had to vacuum out the couch before family would sit on it because there was so much old food left in it.....

February vacation

The location is fantastic, as is the central community pool, kids splash area, clubhouse, etc. The house is as-advertised for the most part, but there was one main issue that affected our enjoyment of the property. Being February, we decided to pay for the pool heat ($25/day). It had been cooler in the evenings and the property manager told us that the pool and hot tub may struggle to hit their max temps when the nights are cool. The last 3 days of our stay were mid-80s and still the pool never got above 72 degrees (supposed to get to mid 80s when heated) and the hot tub never got above 79 (supposed to get to 100- we even bought a water thermometer to check it). We were refunded the pool heat fee, but paying that fee or not, I would expect the hot tub to be hot, and we were not able to use it at night unfortunately.

Very dated, damage patched up, not clean in the details, inconsistent listing: 14, 13 or 12 pp max?

It’s a nice location and the pool was warm and clean. But there were some issues. Owner listed property as holding 14 people in one part of the listing, 13 on another, and 12 on the paperwork in the home. Very confusing. Wouldn’t be such a big deal but they really seemed to want to micromanage the number of people in the house. Totally their prerogative, but not conducive for a peaceful visit when family was nearby renting a second house and we wanted to have guests visit. The front walk has a lifted concrete pad just high enough to trip over. Every day when the sprinklers run water and dirt collects in the front door area so your feet get wet/dirty unless you jump over it. The counter was cracked and loose over her dishwasher, the blinds/sills in the bedrooms were beyond dusty, the kitchen floor was so sticky when we arrived I video taped the sound of my shoes as I walked around. The sliding door sills were funky and gross. There was no detergent or dishsoap, so basically just count on coming and providing all the essientials on day one.

Just What We Needed...

This house is PERFECT for a family who plans on spending the majority of their time in the parks. The pool was perfect in size, temperature, and depth. It’s actually slightly deeper than 5 feet, more like 5.5 feet. The patio area was a favorite of ours. Our children LOVED the character themed bedrooms and all of the fun games in the garage. There were very small “complaints” but nothing that would defer us from booking this house again. 1. The beds aren’t luxurious pillow top mattresses like you would have at home but they’re comfortable enough to sleep on and not be in pain in the morning. 2. There was only 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 trash bag per can, and 1 roll of paper towels. There is a Walmart literally 2 minutes up the street so plan on buying or bringing extra. 3. The pool light was broken but the patio light lit up the back enough for a nighttime swim. 4. It didn’t seem like the toys in the garage were cleaned on a regular basis. If you want your children to okay with them but you are a germaphobe, pack a small container of Clorox Clean-Up wipes for a quick “sanitizing” job. 5. There is only 1 DVD player in the house and basic cable in all of the bedrooms. For many people, this isn’t an issue at all. This is just a fair warning for families who watch TV often. Other than those numbered things, this house is perfect!! And the numbered items aren’t problems, they’re more like “warnings” for future families.

Large place in great community and location

Many things are accurate within the listing. The place is very large with great amenities. The kids love the bedroom decor and pool. The washer and dryer are great benefit. The location is great to go to Disney and many other places. The traffic is very dense in the area. Some other things to note for use to the owner/manager and prospective renters. In our opinion the cleanliness is marginal surface clean. Dust and debris is accumulated throughout the place and grim on doors and walls. Squeaky doors and beds (but comfortable) We did not see much for kids toys or games. Also the cups and utensils for kids were lacking we ended up buying plastic cups and leaving them there. Cookware was also marginal as we bought a not stick pan and left there. Not much for baking pans and sheets. Would be nice to have flexible spatulas too. As stated there is not tissue, soap etc be prepared. See previous reviews about the front gate to resort and check in. Bit of a hassle. The community is great and resort pool/playgrounds but few things to be aware again. The water slides and splash pad have very cold water. Welcome center is not friendly you have to pay deposit and fees for ping pong paddles, basketball, tennis, putting etc. They don't have any kind of shuttle to Disney as stated. Seeing fireworks from the house pool is debatable given trees. You do have awesome sunrise views ever morning with overlooking backyard but close side neighbors. Also sad they don’t keep any pool toys there. All that said we would stay here again and have recommend to our friends who will be staying there in a few weeks. Just nice to know some extra details.

Disney Christmas

This listing was the perfect size and location for my family to meet up for a Christmas gathering and Disney day. The house itself was as-advertised. I communicated with the owner two weeks before our reservation and shared the details of the drivers and learned that no more than three cars could enter the subdivision. This was a problem for my family since I had five adult children traveling from various parts of the state to be with us. Nevertheless, we worked out a plan to meet at the wal-mart close by to shuttle people (and all their stuff) to the house. I don’t think I realized what a hassle this would be, so if you want to stay here, be sure you have three or fewer cars. It would have been fine if we could drive in a drop off items before parking elsewhere, but If your name was not reported to the front gate, you were not allowed in at all. This was a problem for my mom and my son, since their names were not given to the guards, only my own name (even though I provided this in adv). It took over an hour to get my family in the gates. I did call the property manager who could not help me. Only the owner can add people to the gate admittance list. The property manager argued that he did not have a reservation for my dates anyway, and insisted that the house was not ready for me. This was clear upon arrival since wet towels were draped over all chairs and flat surfaces, so my first order of business while trying to get my family admitted through the gates was to use the dryer to finish laundry service. If you think paying extra for the hot tub might be of interest, please save your money. It does not get warm enough to be considered a hot tub. I was told, due to the cold weather, that the machine could not keep up, but it was truly not working. I’ve owned tubs before and even without a thermometer, it was clearly not heating. So there was some wasted money. If you stay here during cold weather (it was in the low 30s Christmas morning) you have to request that the owners turn on the heat. We did not have warmth until the morning when the house temp was 57. Things we loved: the tv stand has a fire feature. The neighborhood was quiet. There were enough beds and bedding for our group of 13. The garage with pool table and air hockey was fun for the kids, but it was freezing due to the cold snap. If we had had small children, there were cribs and high chairs available. And it was one exit away from the Disney parks.
