Pros: adorable decorations; comfortable beds; clean appliances, kitchen and bathroom; location to Disney parks Cons: Sheets/bedding stained; extremely thin ceilings (could hear everything upstairs was doing); outside of building had trash everywhere; not enough hand towels for shower; no true front desk to address issue with homeless man hanging around back of building

Good price for a disney resort.Had a very nice pool.They left us check in early for a fee.Came equipped with all the things we would need.Unfortunately it was not very clean.We didnt use the dresser drawers as they had hair and dirt in them.Some of the dishes in the cabinet were not cleaned.We weren't able to use the pull out sofa. It had a fitted sheet on it already that was dirty with pretzels and other dirt from previous guests. We didnt have another fitted sheet and we didnt want to clean someone else's stuff.Lastly, I dont know if it was a permanent resident or someone staying at the resort but a child continuously would keep us awake running and yelling at night throughout the hallway. He also knocked on our door randomly for 2 days and would run when we approached the door. Overall it was good. I would just suggest that the cleaning person does a better job. Also,that someone at the resort can work on a no noise policy while people are sleeping.
