Great location!! We're in a quiet resort community super close to all Orlando's attractions.
>> CHECK-OUT TIME IS 10am. Unfortunately, we can’t offer late checkout as the house is always booked and we have to clean it for the next guests. Please do not insist!
>> Pets, Parties, events, smoking and vaping is STRICTLY PROHIBITED, a $2,000 fee will be charged if disrespected.
The house is very charming, neat and comfortable, cozy bedsheets and furniture.
>> This is a self-catering house, please be prepared to buy personal items, we provide a starter kit only.
>> Please avoid getting your vehicle towed: 3 cars parking maximum, 2 in the driveway and 1 horizontal not blocking the sidewalk.
>> We have security cameras covering the front and screen door outside the house.
>> PLEASE READ HOUSE RULES SECTION IN THE BOTTOM OF LISTING BEFORE MAKING YOUR RESERVATION. THANK YOU! :)
