  • This homes location is convenient to everything- just off Hwy 192 at Marker 14.
    Less than 10 minutes away from Disney and about 15 minutes away from Universal Studios & Sea World.
    4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a private pool and spa

    **BARBECUE GRILL/VACATION GEAR** We provide a small 18 inches charcoal at $30 dollars cost but If you need to outsource the propane gas grill or other gears please contact us for arrangements as we have a full variety of items available. (Extra cost) We are local host and available 24/7

    **PET POLICY*** Absolutely no pets this resort does not allow any sort of pets

    RESORT AMENITIES
    The lakeside walk leads to the outdoor exercise stations, volley ball beach and fishing pier. There are tennis courts, basketball hoops and a communal swimming pool, spa and kiddies splash pool with water toys.
    The recently re-furbished clubhouse has a small gym, internet room with printing facilities and a large sitting area with a flat screen TV. Lake Berkley is without doubt one of the most exclusive private villa resorts in central Florida. Boasting three lakes, one with a natural centre island and all well stocked with fish, there is a lakeside walk, fishing pier and beach area.
