It is situated on the business and cultural centre of the town near to the main square. Oristano, near to the most beautiful beaches of the Penisola of the Sinis and Green Coast, is in a location ideal for exploring the whole Sardinia island, being connected with the north and south of the island's through major traffic arteries and railway. Because of the tilded roof, the attic has been designed to supply the most confort with original solutions all around. It has got light green and custom-made fornitures and it is equipped with air conditioner, tv colors and ADSL flat service. \- The kitchen is illuminated and airy by a practical velux. On voit les domes et clochers depuis la fenêtre du salon. L''appartement est tout juste refait,très propre et bien entretenu. L''appartement n''est pas très grand mais il est chaleureux et très fonctionnel (moustiquaires à toutes les fenêtres, cuisine équipée, machine à laver, fer,...) L''appartement étant climatisé, la chaleur ne pose aucun problème. Parfait pour visiter Oristano et sa magnifique région !"
