This rear-facing ground-level apartment is a unique place that has a style of its own. It is nestled in a tranquil neighborhood and commands pristine cleanliness
The surrounding area includes stunning parks and trails, as well as popular stores for shopping.
Proximity to Bass Lake, Lake Couchiching, and Lake Simcoe offers abundant opportunities for aquatic activities.

This is a resort-style vacation/tourist home intended to provide living accommodation to the travelling or vacationing public or occupied for a seasonal or temporary period. Guests are expected to have their permanent residential addresses (proof will be required before access to the property is granted to occupants for long-term stays).
Breakfast:
The following will be available for you to have breakfast: bread, eggs, noodles, spaghetti, coffee, oats, cereals, chocolate/tea, sugar, and milk.
Note that we do not cook for our guests.
Hot Tub:
Although, the hot tub is shared with the other apartment. It will be private to you when in use. To guarantee your privacy, the hot tub is covered with a gazebo that has privacy curtains.
Laundry:
The laundry room is in between the units. Hence, apartment is entirely private. Just keep the door leading to the laundry room locked from your apartment when not in use.
Capacity:
With effect from January 1, 2024, only 2 people can be in this space between 10 pm and 7 am, in line with the new regulation by the City of Orillia.

Excellent rental
Spotlessly clean and nicely set out. Hot tub was heaven! Very close to absolutely everything. Neighbourhood is quiet as a mouse. Highly recommend this rental. Not good for those with a mobility issue. Great communication with the owner.

Perfect place for a quick get away. Check-in process was super easy and communication with the host fast and clear. Hot tub was also super clean and great.Overall I would 100% come back.

Clean and new, with great amenities
This place is a wonderful suburban jewel, located in a area of new construction, and is easily accessed from Highway 11. We were in town for a concert at Casino Rama and it was only a short drive between. The host was incredibly communicative, and answered questions before we came down, as well as offering support during our stay. The place is very clean and well maintained. It has a bbq, which we used, and a huge, very nice hot tub, which we also took advantage of.The only recommendation I would make to anyone staying here is that if you are planning to use the sofa bed for anyone to sleep on, you need to know two things: 1) There was no bedding for it available, and 2) it's not very comfortable. My expectations were low because it's a futon, so what do you expect. But just something to be aware of. My travelling companion said the bed was very comfortable and had what they needed. In all, I I would highly recommend this place over another Airbnb and definitely over a local hotel. The hot tub was perfect and the host was wonderful .
