During high season we cannot guarantee the availability of Early Check-in or Late Check-out, as these depend on the occupancy of the accommodation and the cleaning schedule.

Guests exceeding maximum capacity: £25 per person per night, subject to property authorisation.



🐾 Pets



Supplement of £5 per pet per day, whether or not pets are allowed at the accommodation.



If pets are not permitted, payment of the supplement does not authorise their presence.



💳 Security deposit



Before arrival, a pre-authorisation of £200 will be made on the guest's bank card. This is not a charge, but a temporary block that will be released approximately 7 days after check-out, once it has been verified that the property is returned in good condition and house rules have been respected.
