The property is located 100 m from Orient Bay sand beach, 5 minutes drive from SUPER U supermarket.

As stipulated in the announcement, the groups of young people under 30 coming to enjoy the nightlife in Saint-Martin will not feel comfortable in the Residence because, to respect the well being of all, we ask our customers not to organize parties and other festive evenings in the apartments.

We enjoyed throughly our week in St - Martin. We were greeted by a wonderful host and shown the apartment. The kitchen is very well equipped with all the necessities, it has a beautiful view with close beach access and a large pool, we never needed to rush for a lounge chair ( at the pool) or felt crowded and we used the 2 chairs provided in the apartment for the beach. We are a family of 4 travelling with teens, they shared a bed and washroom. I don’t think it would be suitable for 2 couples as it only has 1 shower but otherwise the space was large enough for our family. If you like the beach this location is amazing!
